Your monthly subscription includes regular check ins and follow ups, direct communication with a licensed psychiatric provider via text or phone for any questions or concerns, and prescriptions called into your pharmacy monthly. 

Federal law requires that medication must be purchased from a pharmacy. We are psychiatric providers not pharmacists. We are not legally allowed to supply you with medication ourselves. The medications that we prescribe to you will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. If you have health insurance, you can purchase your medication at your pharmacy using your insurance. If not, we can offer links to coupon cards that can greatly lower the price at your pharmacy.

Yes, at Mind Mechanic we are licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications including controlled medications. 

We currently do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

We only offer our services to those living in Florida.

Upon request we can provide you a link including the license number, NPI number, and ANCC certificate of the assigned provider.

• Text Messages: Standard SMS may not be fully secure; by choosing this method, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
• Phone Calls: Phone communications may be documented in your health record.
• Email:  We use Gmail in compliance with HIPAA guidelines under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
• Google Meet: We use Google Meet in compliance with HIPAA guidelines under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
• If you have concerns about the security of any communication method, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

7. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your PHI. These include encrypted data transmission, secure servers, access controls, and staff training on HIPAA compliance.
